Patrycja Wanielewska

Patrycja Wanielewska is a valued member of IMD Solicitors’ First Response Team and provides essential support as an Office Administrator. Fluent in both English and Polish, she is often one of the first points of contact for clients, helping them navigate enquiries with reassurance, professionalism and empathy while also supporting the firm’s administrative operations.

Alongside handling client communications, translations, statements and follow-ups, Patrycja plays an important role in organising and managing legal documents, helping to ensure matters are progressed efficiently and accurately. Her combination of client care skills and administrative expertise helps maintain a smooth experience for both clients and colleagues across the firm.

Patrycja joined IMD Solicitors in 2023, bringing with her five years of customer service experience gained at Santander Bank. Her background has equipped her with strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, enabling her to build trust quickly and provide support tailored to each client’s circumstances. She also holds a Diploma in Interior Design, reflecting her creative mindset and keen attention to detail.

One of the aspects of her role that Patrycja values most is being able to help people at what can often be a stressful or uncertain time. Even when IMD is unable to assist directly, she takes pride in providing clients with useful information, guidance and alternative avenues of support. She is particularly motivated by hearing that a conversation has been helpful and by knowing she has made a positive difference to someone’s day.

Patrycja has completed First Aid at Work training, reflecting her practical and supportive approach both within and outside the workplace.

Outside of work, Patrycja enjoys keeping active through boxing, cycling and hiking. She also has a creative side and enjoys drawing in her spare time, an interest that complements her background in Interior Design.
