Kirsty is a Legal Assistant working in contentious probate. She assists with a broad range of disputes, including applications for the removal of executors, estate administration disputes and proprietary estoppel claims.
Kirsty understands that every client and every dispute is different, even where the legal issues may appear similar. She takes the time to listen carefully, understand the outcome each client hopes to achieve and provide reassurance wherever she can. Kirsty particularly enjoys talking to people and helping them feel heard and supported during what can be a difficult and emotional time.
Before moving into her current legal role, Kirsty worked for IMD Translation for three years. She studied languages at Durham University, specialising in French. This background complements the clear, thoughtful and approachable way in which she communicates with clients.
Outside work, Kirsty enjoys keeping fit so that she can keep up with her young son. She also enjoys reading to switch off and spending time with her two cheeky Ragdoll cats.
