Michelle leads the firm’s commercial law department, and represents private equity firms and corporate clients with global operations. Her practice focuses on the drafting, review and negotiation of cross-jurisdictional commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, reliance letters, engagement letters, service and consultancy, agreements, vendor contracts, software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, and data protection obligations.
Previously, Michelle practiced cross-border corporate finance law based in both Europe and the United States. In this role, she represented creditors and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity funds, hedge funds and public and private companies in financing transactions, cross-border capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
