Marcia Kamara

Marcia is a Solicitor in the Commercial team at IMD Corporate, bringing over a decade of legal experience and a strong in-house background to her practice. She delivers clear, commercially focused advice on a wide range of contract and business matters, with a particular emphasis on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. 

Before joining IMD, Marcia worked extensively within the technology and professional services sectors, advising internal stakeholders at all levels. Her experience includes handling master service agreements, consultancy arrangements, NDAs, partnership agreements and procurement documentation. Her in-house roles have shaped her practical, solutions-led approach, ensuring that her advice supports both legal requirements and wider operational objectives. 

Known for her calm and collaborative style, Marcia is skilled at simplifying complex issues and helping clients move forward with confidence. She has a strong interest in legal innovation and efficiency, including the use of AI-enhanced tools to support high-quality modern legal services. 

Outside of her legal practice, Marcia is active in her local church, and enjoys creative projects such as animation, video editing, and writing, as well as spending time with her husband and two young children.
