We advised a multiple corporate award-winning international law firm with head office in Poland on the contents of a share option plan, whereby options would be granted to their client in respect of strategic services being provided by their client to an international entity. Our advice constituted a detailed breakdown of the option agreement and advising on risks associated with various clauses therein.
