Stuart is a commercial property lawyer with over 20 years’ experience and has been a partner at 2 prior firms.

He largely acts for corporate occupiers but also has extensive experience acting for institutional landlords and on the real estate side of company acquisitions/disposals of large multi- site companies.

Stuart represents a wide range of global commercial occupiers in relation to their offices, warehouses and retail and leisure premises and has acted for Plc’s, developers, radio stations, large pharmaceutical companies, media companies, a Danish Retailer, an Italian designer, a Romanian fashion retailer, a large US footwear & fashion group, a large Middle Eastern retail & restaurant franchise operator, a large global coffee shop chain and various other large retail and restaurant chains.
