Craig Walker

Craig Walker is IMD’s IT Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day support and management of the firm’s technology systems and infrastructure.

He oversees IT operations across the business, ensuring that colleagues have the hardware, software and technical support they need to work effectively both in the office and remotely.

His responsibilities include user onboarding, workstation configuration, software deployment, Microsoft 365 licensing management and ongoing user support to work colleagues.

Craig plays a key role in supporting the firm’s operational efficiency by maintaining office and remote working technology. He provides training and assistance on IMD’s case management and telephone systems, helping users make effective use of the firm’s core platforms and tools.

His remit also includes management and support of the firm’s technical infrastructure, including laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, desk setups, network connectivity and other workplace technology.

He works closely with colleagues across the business to resolve issues quickly and ensure that technology supports the needs of the firm and its clients.

A graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, Craig holds a degree in Computing and brings a practical, hands-on approach to supporting users and maintaining reliable IT services across IMD.
