Adriana Balmus is a Digital Marketing Assistant at IMD Solicitors, supporting the firm’s digital marketing activities through engaging campaigns, creative content and multilingual online communications.

With a strong academic background in Management and Marketing, Adriana is passionate about helping organisations strengthen their digital presence through strategic, audience-focused marketing. Her work is centred on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement and supporting business growth through effective digital channels.

At IMD Solicitors, Adriana manages and maintains the firm’s websites and social media platforms, working with content across multiple languages. She is responsible for creating and publishing a wide range of marketing content, including website pages, blogs, social media posts, graphics, videos and other digital assets designed to engage diverse audiences.

Adriana has particular experience in Social Media Marketing, including the planning and delivery of both organic and paid social media campaigns. She works closely with performance data and analytics to monitor results, identify opportunities for improvement and support the continuous development of IMD’s digital presence. Her expertise also includes Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Website Content Management, Email Marketing and Digital Campaign Execution.

Alongside her university studies at the University of Bolton, Adriana completed a Digital Marketing Level 3 qualification with Novi Digital, further developing her practical knowledge of Digital Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management and Performance Optimisation.

Outside work, Adriana enjoys keeping active through sport and hiking, as well as travelling, cooking and content creation. She is actively involved in her church community, where she serves as a Clerk, Treasurer’s Assistant and Youth Leader. These roles reflect her commitment to supporting others, building connections and contributing positively to her community.
