Mateusz Sikorski

Mateusz is a Paralegal at IMD Corporate. Mateusz brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team, with a strong academic foundation in law and a commitment to achieving excellence for our clients.

Mateusz is currently involved in a variety of commercial matters, including:

• Contractual Disputes;
• Debt Recovery;
• Shareholder Disputes;
• Judgment Enforcement;
• Business Immigration;
• Border Force Appeals;
• Commercial Leases.

Mateusz obtained his law degree (LLB) at the University of Liverpool in 2021, where he excelled in particular in Commercial Law and Insolvency Business electives. He is currently further pursuing his interest in law as part of his LPC LLM at the University of Law in Manchester.

Whilst pursuing his studies and during his time at IMD Corporate, Mateusz has also gathered experience as the Head of Legal and Finance at the Poland 2.0 Foundation – the organisers of the most-followed Polish student conference promoting innovation and development of new technologies in partnership with a leading business consultancy firm, financial institutions, and publicly-traded corporations.
