Ani Gabisonia is a Trainee Paralegal providing comprehensive support to family and criminal departments: from preparing the initial documents to drafting a closing letter for the client.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from National Research University HSE in St. Petersburg, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Criminology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
In the past, Ani used to work as a legal advisor for a women’s crisis centre and as an assistant investigator. She has experience teaching English as a foreign language, volunteering for human rights organisations and supporting vulnerable adults as a learning mentor. Her academic research has mostly been focused on modern socio-political issues, including domestic violence, xenophobia and hate crimes in Russia.
Ani speaks Russian, English and Mingrelian languages. As a Mingrelian, she believes in the importance of preserving endangered cultures and languages.
Ani is also actively involved in organising the firm’s social events as an active member of the Social Committee
